Eric Young

WWE.com posted the following about Eric Young making his NXT debut during tonight’s TV tapings at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida:
ORLANDO, Fla. — NXT is quickly becoming the place to be for the hottest free agents in sports-entertainment. That was proven once again on Thursday night, when Eric Young made his surprise debut at NXT’s WWE Network taping.
Young, an 18-year veteran of the mat game and former heavyweight champion, shocked the Full Sail University crowd when he entered the arena, which will air on NXT in the coming weeks, only on WWE Network.
Young’s arrival is the latest in a line of big-name free agents hoping to ply their craft in NXT, going to show that you never know who will appear next between the yellow ropes.

Vince decides Control

Did you watch Raw? Did you hear the amazing news that Stephanie shared with the WWE Universe?

So, just if incase you missed it, let me share it with you. At WWE Payback, Vince will finally decide who controls Monday Night Raw.

Will it actually happen? Will it be so easy? Well, we all know that in the WWE, it's easier said than done & Vince never grants anyone anything. You need to earn it. So how will this announcement happen?

It comes as no surprise that the brother-sister duo will put their best foot forward at Payback to get control of Monday Night Raw, but either Vince will ask them to host two week's RAW consecutivly & then take a call. Really? Will that be the way this will go down in the books? Hell No!!!

WWE's shows aren't Indian saas-bahu series, so you can expect to see some hell being raised in the form of a challenge between Shane vs Hunter for the next PPV & mind you, this next big PPV will be Summerslam when this feud will finally be put to rest with one of them getting control of Raw & the other for Smackdown.

You can surely expect some powerful war of words to hype up the TV ratings & then make it up to Summerslam.

If you think it will go otherwise, share your views in the comments.

John Cena, who has been out of action for several months due to a shoulder injury, returned at WrestleMania 32.
While Cena did get physical at WrestleMania 32, he is not cleared to wrestle full-time yet.
Dave Meltzer noted in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that he has been told Cena will probably return sometime in May, but he has also heard that Cena could return in July. Keep in mind that Cena has returned to action sooner than expected in the past.

How Chyna broke the sexist stranglehold of WWE

Republished from The Guardian

The wrestler, who died this week, challenged how the world viewed femininity. But she was still let down by a very macho institution

Chyna, the most famous female wrestler of all time, the “9th Wonder of the World”, died on Thursday. Famed for her huge power, she wrestled against male competitors as an equal, something that is still rarely done today. As a female wrestler, I’ve always admired her, and the way she challenged and changed how the world viewed femininity. Chyna inspired millions of kids who were teased about their weight, height and gender – in her they had a champion, a “wonder”, not a freak.

Wrestlemania 32 predictions

So here are my predictions!

All images Credit: WWE.com

The Usos (Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso) vs. The Dudley Boyz (Bubba Ray Dudley and D-Von Dudley)

The Dudley Boyz will defeat The Usos because they need to fuel this new found feud & thus ensure that the next PPv Payback gets the best audience.

The Total Divas (Brie Bella, Paige, Natalya, Alicia Fox and Eva Marie) vs. B.A.D. & Blonde (Lana, Naomi, Tamina, Emma and Summer Rae)

Team BAD wins this to pave way for Payback.

Kalisto (c) vs. Ryback

The Small Guy beats the Big Guy!

Triple H (c) vs. Roman Reigns

Roman Reigns wins this because he is advertised as the Champion post Wrestlemania tours.

Dean Ambrose vs. Brock Lesnar (with Paul Heyman)

No Rocket Signs, Ofcourse, the beast will nail it!

Shane McMahon vs. The Undertaker

I am in a Dillemma on this. Although I wish that Taker wins, but I am speculating that Shane wins because this way, they will have a new fight b/w the McMahons which will thereby increase the TRP's & money in the bank's a/c.

Charlotte (c) (with Ric Flair) vs. Becky Lynch vs. Sasha Banks

It's a No-Brainer that Charlotte will win thus making a good match for Payback.

Kevin Owens (c) vs. Sami Zayn vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Zack Ryder vs. Sin Cara vs. The Miz vs. Stardust

There are 4 possible favorites in Dolph, Zack, Sami, Sin Cara, but it seems like they will have Sami Zayn win it because that will be an extension to their old feud & take it further to Payback.

AJ Styles vs. Chris Jericho

The Phenomenal One Wins this!

André the Giant Memorial Battle Royal

Depends on the entrants!

The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E, and Xavier Woods) vs. The League of Nations (Sheamus, Alberto Del Rio, Rusev, and King Barrett)

It's The Nations!
