Did Payback set stage for Summerslam?

Incase you have been wondering what does my blog title mean, look below as I reveal exactly what I mean.

At WWE PAYBACK, It wasn't just the WWE World Title that was on the line, it was the fact that who would Mr. McMahon pick as the new GM of Raw, or as they say in these times, who would run Monday Night Raw & then came a surprise:

Now this surprise got everyone baffled. Why would Vince allow his son, the one he abolished from his will before Wrestlemania be still in control of Monday Night Raw? Why? Why? Why? (Just Like the New Day asks)

Well, it's simple! Vince wants to create a storyline wherein both McMahon become anti as Summerslam kicks in so that the duo can have a one on one fight to decide the new GM of Raw.

I am assuming that Seth Rollins would return around/at Money In The Bank because that is where he got his big start in the WWE. It is also possible that Hunter may return to fight Shane or a member of his choose at Summerslam to determine who controls RAW. I am expecting to see Randy Orton return by then as that would really be a good storyline as time rolls on.

The Viper has been out of action for a long time & it would be a good time to give this rivalry the much needed hype as Summerslam comes closer.

Let's see how this storyline turns out to be.

Match Predictions:

Kalisto vs Ryback

The WWE programing would not want to make any changes to the current championship state because this storyline is already not making news that much but it would surely pickup as Extreme Rules comes because Summerslam would have the best storyline with this Championship on the line.

The Miz (with Maryse) vs Cesaro

It is no rocket signs that The Miz will win this with an assist from Maryse. This will hype the match until Extreme Rules.

Dolph Ziggler vs Baron Corbin

Barin wins this to take the feud to next level till Extreme Rules. Also, this is done to make Dolph as the launching pad on which Baron's career will be written.

Sami Zayn vs Kevin Owens

The KO show continues even at Payback to make the feud go until Extreme Rules but not just that, it would go till Summerslam.

Dean Ambrose vs Chris Jericho

I'm sure that the master of the Highlight Reel will win this bout, do you understand what I am saying to you.

Enzo Amore & Colin Cassady vs The Vaudevillians

The Vaudevillians will nail this bout by disqualification & this will lead to the match going extreme at Extreme Rules, thus building the characters of these newly Raw debuted Tag Teams which will help in bringing WWE Universe to the PPV & then making the current tag team champions loose to the winner of Extreme Rules.

Charlotte (with Ric Flair) vs Natalya (with Bret Hart)

Do we need to talk about the result? Well, the dirtiest player of the game will do foul play & win it, which will be challenged on Raw by Natalya & later turned into a match at Extreme Rules.. Finally the title loss for Charlotte happens at Summerslam.

Roman Reigns vs AJ Styles

The Roman Empire will stand tall at Payback, but we may see Luke Gallows attack Roman & AJ Styles as well. As a result, we may see Jericho come to his rescue leading to Y2AJ reformed again or we may see The Usos come to Roman Reigns & AJ Styles rescue thus making a match for WWE RAW. Enjoy amazing entertainment!

Mr. McMahon talks Control

Mr. Mcmahon has been the pioneer of a great phenomena & revolution called WWE, so even when it comes to Brand Campaign he wouldn't hand over something to either his son & daughter.

Expect the control to turn nasty!

Vince decides Control

Did you watch Raw? Did you hear the amazing news that Stephanie shared with the WWE Universe?

So, just if incase you missed it, let me share it with you. At WWE Payback, Vince will finally decide who controls Monday Night Raw.

Will it actually happen? Will it be so easy? Well, we all know that in the WWE, it's easier said than done & Vince never grants anyone anything. You need to earn it. So how will this announcement happen?

It comes as no surprise that the brother-sister duo will put their best foot forward at Payback to get control of Monday Night Raw, but either Vince will ask them to host two week's RAW consecutivly & then take a call. Really? Will that be the way this will go down in the books? Hell No!!!

WWE's shows aren't Indian saas-bahu series, so you can expect to see some hell being raised in the form of a challenge between Shane vs Hunter for the next PPV & mind you, this next big PPV will be Summerslam when this feud will finally be put to rest with one of them getting control of Raw & the other for Smackdown.

You can surely expect some powerful war of words to hype up the TV ratings & then make it up to Summerslam.
