WWE World Champion Seth Rollins is the guest on this week’s sit down interview with Michael Cole, and below are some highlights:
Rollins says the odds are definitely stacked against him at WWE Payback, but he says he’s used to that. Rollins says at Payback he’s going to put Dean Ambroseand Randy Orton out of action forever, and he goes on to remind everyone what he has done in the past. Rollins calls his WWE World title win at WrestleMania 31 the greatest moment in WrestleMania history.
Cole brings up the recent issues between Rollins and Kane, and Rollins says he does not have a personal vendetta against Kane. Rollins says Kane might have “best intentions” in mind, but maybe he is misguided by his jealousy of Rollins. Rollins says he is the future of WWE and a rising star, and Kane’s career is dwindling. Rollins adds he can do things in the ring Kane only dreams of and only Seth Rollins knows what’s best for Seth Rollins.
With regards to the Payback contract signing on Smackdown this week, Rollins said he doesn’t conduct himself in a volatile nature in a contract signing setting, so there should be no chaos. Rollins added it doesn’t matter what happens leading up to the PPV, as he will walk out still the WWE World Champion:
